Generally, it is suitable for better maturation in an environment with a temperature of -2~8℃ and a humidity of 55%~85%. The beef cabinet produced by our factory not only has a better maturing environment, special wind speed customization, and sterilization function.
Our dry aged beef display machine is made of all stainless steel foam, pure copper tube refrigeration system, and air-cooled refrigeration method to make the temperature in the cabinet more uniform. The temperature and humidity are controlled by a microcomputer, and the sterilization function is regularly activated, so that the beef can reach maturity better effect.
Usage:First, the beef cabinet is pre-cooled to reach a certain temperature, and then cold fresh beef is put into the cabinet. Under certain conditions, the beef itself slowly improves its quality during the passage of time during the sterilization and acid removal process.
